Demo requests
The demo form collects your name, agency name, work email, phone, website, agency size, onboarding tools, workflow challenge and preferred demo time. Submitted requests are stored for agency review. A draft is saved temporarily in the browser tab while you complete the form.
Portals and uploaded content
The application uses session cookies for portal access. Client APIs restrict records to the assigned client session. Uploaded files are stored in object storage and their metadata is stored with the client record. Use sample data in the demo; do not upload passwords, API keys or confidential client records.
AI and integrations
Audio extraction, public research and GoHighLevel synchronization include demo or planned behavior. The demo-request record is prepared for future synchronization; submitting it does not send it to GoHighLevel or book a meeting. AI-assisted or researched information requires review before approval.
Pending production policy
A production policy must identify the responsible operator, service providers, retention and deletion procedures, contact route and any applicable user rights. These items are intentionally left for confirmation.
